The FISCHER company was founded in 1939 by Ernst Fischer. It is currently in the hands of the third generation of Patrik Fischer and since 2020 has been co-owned by the family of CEO Dr. Tobias Moser. FISCHER Spindle Group AG is present at six locations worldwide and employs a total of around 400 people.
In April 2020, FISCHER Fuel Cell Compressor AG (FFCC for short) was founded, which aims to become the global technology leader in the field of air compressors for fuel cell technology. The know-how is based on developments in the field of turbo compressors since 2005. FFCC is also headquartered in Switzerland - in Herzogenbuchsee, Bern and employs around 30 people.
